StudioFit: Adult Dance and Fitness Classes


Get ready to hit the dance floor! Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun!


StudioFit at D'Air will lead you through a series of choreographed steps, and various workout styles. No fitness or dance experience is required! We will cater to ALL levels in the class, providing regressions for beginners and progressions for advanced! There are lots of options. With dance-inspired fitness classes as well as traditional high intensity workouts, you’ll never be bored!


Our classes are geared to adults aged 18+! No experience needed!

Mondays 8-9PM: Latin Fusion with Cristina
Get ready to bust a move! Cristina will take you through various latin dance styles from; Bachata, Salsa and Meringue dance. Getting the heart pumping while have loads of fun!.

Thursdays 8-9PM: Bootcamp with Tracy
High intensity workouts that will make you sweat and get strong! Bootcamp combines elements of strength training, HIIT, and dance-inspired exercises.

Wednesdays 8-9PM: Ballet with Victoria
A modern take on classical ballet foundations.

Sundays 11-12PM: Cardio Flow with Victoria
Cardio Flow combines hip hop cardio and Pilates flow. Start the morning with a gentle Pilates flow, ending with an upbeat cardio hip hop workout to get the heart pumping!
